TDR-L: Long-Duration Variant of Time-Delay Relay

This variant of the Time-Delay Relay has a 30-minute maximum delay time, for both turn-on and turn-off, as compared to the 2-minute maximum for the standard models. Wiring these relays is the same as for the standard TDR and TDR-P relays.
